Contract
A contract for the production of photographic products is signed between Sérgio Lima Photography and the client as soon as Sérgio Lima Photography receives the order through the online store and sends an order confirmation.
Prices and payment terms
The payment that the client must pay to Sérgio Lima Photography for the production and creation of images is determined based on the prices in force at the time the contract is formalized. In any payment that the customer makes, the VAT in force defined by the corresponding law is included, unless expressly indicated. Shipping costs are payable by the customer and calculated depending on the product group and destination.
Delivery and place of fulfillment
Sérgio Lima Photography will deliver photographic products to the delivery address indicated when placing the order. Shipping has associated costs. The amount of shipping costs will be communicated to the customer when placing the order. If taxes or customs fees are required, these will be borne by the customer. Sérgio Lima Photography is authorized to separate shipments into several packages.
Payment
Photographic products are the property of Sérgio Lima Photography until payment is received. Payment is made exclusively by electronic means using the payment method indicated by the customer in their order. Invoices will be sent to the customer exclusively in PDF format and by email.
Discount Coupons
The Discount coupon cannot be divided into several orders. The minimum order value is indicated on the discount coupon. Shipping costs are excluded. You can use the discount coupon in our online store. Only one discount coupon can be used per order.
Responsibility
Sérgio Lima Photography will be liable for damages in the event of non-compliance with its fundamental contractual obligations, the absence of guaranteed characteristics in its products, as well as the existence of consumer rights within the meaning of the Product Liability Law. Additionally, Sérgio Lima Photography will be exclusively liable for damages in the event of intentional actions and gross negligence on the part of Sérgio Lima Photography. Sérgio Lima Photography will not be responsible for indirect damages, resulting damages or atypical damages of any kind. This applies in the case of compensation for economic losses, loss of usefulness or intangible values.
